1. How long will my carpets take to dry ?
The advanced machines we use have powerful twin vac's to keep drying times to a minimum...usually 3-4 hours. It will be safe to walk on straight away. You're carpets will be just slightly damp when I leave. Leaving the windows open a little will assist in the drying time.

Depends on a number of factors such as size of rooms, amount of soiling, how severe the stains etc
An average size sitting room carpet 18ft x 12ft should take normally take between 1hr-1.5hrs to clean.
5. How often do I need my carpets cleaning ?
This depends on the amount of traffic coming through your home. To keep them in great condition and free of dust mites I would recommend every 12 months. Many of our customers have them cleaned twice a year, especially if you have children and pets !
6. Which method of cleaning does Clean Team use ?
The hot water extraction method.
Sometimes referred to as 'steam cleaning'. Steam is not actually produced as the temperatures would need to exceed 100 Centigrade and this could damage carpets and other materials.
This method is used on both carpet and upholstery cleaning.
The first step in the Hot Water Extraction method is to thoroughly pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned. We then spray the environmetally friendly chemicals into the carpet or upholstery material, then agitation is performed which helps to suspend the soil particles away from the fibres. Once the chemicals have done their work, the suspended soil is ready for extraction. Our Hot Water Extraction machines will inject hot water through the fibres and then immediately vacuum away taking the suspended soil along with it.
